Design and technology have been adjacent throughout the different roles I have been working in my life. A.A.S. in Audiovisual Production, I have worked as a Video Editor and Tech Support Analyst.
In 2019 I started mixing Design and Tech by learning to create engaging experiences that delight and convince people using digital interfaces. Since then, I have been working with Versa Softworks, a small Software company where I am also a co-founder, and Ameba, a reputable design studio where my work has captivated many clients.
Why?
Because I listen to their business needs and push for their success, so it's easy for me to come up with fresh ideas to solve longstanding issues by removing all of the bloating around a flow, refocusing it on the user's goals, which ultimately impacts positively on the business goals as well.
So I often change hats to get a better perspective of the business, to understand its strengths, and to make sure the client associates them with the brand.
My tech background helps me to understand how code works and how to assist developers in materializing our vision, bridging the gap between design and development. Having extensive and always up-to-date knowledge about Figma, its tools, and the patterns from the most common libraries and frameworks such as Material Design, Tailwind, and Bootstrap (to name a few), I make my best to hand-off my design work ready for developers to code.
